Creator Desk privacy notice

Creator Desk is the private tool that 3D Laser Art, doing business as Beyond Memories, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (“Beyond Memories”, “we”), uses to find content creators and work with them on promoting our products. This notice explains what personal data Creator Desk holds, why, for how long, and the choices you have.
Our store privacy policy covers our website and orders.
What we collect about creators
- Public profile details: your name or handle, profile links, profile picture, follower counts and the public statistics of your posts.
- Contact details: an email address or phone number you publish or give us. We store them encrypted.
- Our working notes: notes about collaborations, and messages we exchange with you.
Where it comes from
Public profiles on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch, and the public pages your profiles link to, found through search tools; and what you send us.
Why we use it
- To find creators whose audience fits our products and to contact them about partnerships. This is our legitimate interest in promoting our products.
- To run a collaboration you agree to.
Who sees it
The Beyond Memories team. Amazon Web Services hosts Creator Desk in the United States, and Apify runs our searches of public profiles. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Search results nobody adds to Creator Desk are deleted after 30 days.
- Creators we never contact are deleted after 12 months.
- For creators we work with, as long as we work together and our records require.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us never to contact you: write to support@beyond-memories.com. If you ask not to be contacted, we keep only what's needed to honor that.
